Western Massachusetts Area Labor Council (WMALF) Urges Us to Join UAW 2110 MASS MoCA Workers on Strike Picketlines, beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, March 6th from 8am to 4pm (9am to 4pm thereafter).

If MASS MoCA management fails to put a fair offer on the table, UAW 2110 workers will strike starting Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Management’s current offer does not keep up with inflation and the rising cost of living, leaving members unable to cover the expenses of living in Berkshire County.  65% of our membership earns below $18/hr. Management’s offer of a minimum rate of $17.25/hr over the course of two years leaves the majority of our members at untenable wages.
